Showcasing the promising talent of James K Lowe, the Aotea Gallery will play host to the second Annual Fine Arts Commission exhibition, which is among the highlights of the 9th edition of this festival. These displays will be screened as part of “Crossing Borders”, which is the Talking Culture Symposium.
